Delivery times

For items that are made for you, the delivery time is up to two weeks.
If items are in stock, the delivery time is 3-5 days.

If you order several items in one order, for which different delivery times apply, we send the goods (unless otherwise agreed) in one shipment. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time will apply to your order as a whole.

If the ingredients for your ordered product are unexpectedly missing, the delivery time may be extended. In this case we will contact you in time by e-mail.

• Germany: 5 €
• EU: 14 €
• Switzerland: 30 €
• Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: 25 €
• Greece, Ireland, Malta, Cyprus: 35 €
• Norway: 34 €
• GB: 29 €

Shipping & Customs Information:

Deliveries within the European Union

No additional customs duties or taxes apply to deliveries within the EU. Prices include the applicable statutory value-added tax.

Deliveries to Switzerland

Deliveries to Switzerland are tax-free export shipments. The goods are billed without German value-added tax.

Please note that additional costs may apply when importing goods into Switzerland (e.g., import sales tax, customs duties, and shipping provider handling fees). These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
